Delete your Playbucks account
Playbucks is the rewards app from Red Lion Labs. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Cash out first. Cash that you have not cashed out is lost when your account is deleted.
How to ask
Write to hello@playbucks.app from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it.
If you play as a guest, your account has no email address. Tell us the guest name shown in Profile instead.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in.
- Your email address.
- Your name and your avatar.
- The link between your account and your games.
- The link to your PayPal account.
What is kept, and why
Records of rewards and payments are kept, with you removed from them. Payment records must be kept.
How long it takes
We delete your account within 30 days of your request.
